Heart Family Membership General Terms and Conditions

  • Initial enrollment in a Heart Family Membership plan requires pre-payment for the upcoming membership term. 
  • Members may pre-pay for multiple months or years at a discounted rate. Contact our Membership Concierge for information. 
  • For all memberships excluding the 1-yr Non-Renewing, following the initial enrollment year, Memberships will be charged monthly. Renewal for a different term can be arranged by contacting our Membership Concierge.  Cancellations will be accepted upon written notice until three (3) days prior to next billing cycle. 
  • Memberships are transferrable from one property to another in the event a Member moves to another home within Heart’s service area, with balance of plan in effect.  Should the Member move outside of Heart’s service area, Membership balance is not transferable. 
  • Members must be in good standing prior to scheduling service appointment.
  • No other coupons or discounts apply. 
  • Inspection service appointments shall be scheduled outside of peak cooling or heating times, typically between March and May, August and September, and December and January.  The temperature must be over 70 degrees to effectively inspect and tune-up air conditioning units, and location should be passed freeze temperatures prior to starting up evaporative coolers.   • Inspections follow a pre-determined checklist, encompassing all critical components of the system, equipment, and safety. 
  • Each Membership Plan includes one piece of equipment per system category.  Multiple systems in a single category will require additional plans.
  • Membership Plan covers a single location/property/home. Multiple locations will require additional plans.
  • Heart Service Technicians adhere to safety protocols and may refuse service in the event of unsafe or unhealthy conditions. 
  • Heart Heating, Cooling, & Electric reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
